REZONING - The applicant, 201 CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT LLC, is requesting approval to rezone from PC (Planned Commercial) to PM (Planned Mixed Use) property located at 8343 Brandt Pike, and approval of a Basic Development Plan (ZC 17-40).
TEXT AMENDMENT - The applicant, THE CITY OF HUBER HEIGHTS, is requesting to amend the Huber Heights Zoning Code, Chapter 11, to include provisions for the regulation of medical marijuana facilities (ZC 17-38).
REZONING - The applicant, CASEY'S MARKETING COMPANY, is requesting approval to Rezone from B-1 to Planned Commercial (PC) and approval of a Basic and Detailed Development Plan for property at the northwest corner of the intersection of Fishburg Road and SR 202 (ZC 17-44).
LOT SPLIT - The applicant, LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, is requesting approval of a Lot Split of 0.083 acres to be combined with a tract of land to the south, and then platted as Artisan Walk, Section 2 (ZC 17-42).
DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLAN - The applicant, LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, is requesting approval of a Detailed Development Plan for Section 2 of Artisan Walk (ZC 17-43).
MINOR CHANGE - The applicant, CANTINA HOSPITALITY LLC, is requesting approval of a Minor Change for aesthetic and non-structural improvements to the exterior of the building located at 8158 Old Troy Pike (ZC 17-41).
