The applicant, BUSCHURS HOME on behalf of Kris Nicholson, is requesting approval for a variance of Section 1181.04(d) of the City's Code to allow the construction of a carport 2' from the property line at property located at 7106 Bothwell Place.
 
2.   BZA Case No. 17-03

The applicant, ELMER FERNANDEZ, is requesting approval for a variance of Section 1191.01 of the City's Code to allow the completion of an accessory building 1' 3" from the property line at property located at 5255 Pocono Drive.
 
3.   BZA Case No. 17-04

The applicant, TIM GOLDSCHMIDT, is requesting  approval for a variance of Section 1191.01 of the City's Zoning Code to construct a pole barn at property located at 7110 Shull Road.
 
4.   BZA Case No. 17-05

The applicant, THANH KNGUYEN, is requesting approval for a variance of Section 1191.01 of the City's Zoning Code to have an accessory structure in the side yard closer than 5' from the house at property located at 4285 Murdock Avenue.
