A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Contract With Zimmers & Associates, And Declaring An Emergency.

Purpose and Background
The current contract with Zimmers and Associates (Neal Zimmers) will expire on December 31, 2013.   A proposed new contract for the 2014 fiscal year is attached for review and approval.  The City Manager believes that Mr. Zimmers has done an outstanding job for the City of Huber Heights and would recommend approval of the proposed contract.
