Purpose and Background
The current City Hall copier has a lease that will expire at the end of January 2014. This legislation will allow the City Manager to replace the existing copier.

Financial Implications:
 This is a 5 year lease. The cost of $5,736 is the yearly cost, with the possibility of some overage depending on use.
